1. After the empty car is running normally, slowly start the winch. Lift the two brake levers with both hands and send them to the air. After the signal is sent, no one can open the traffic without any debris. It is strictly forbidden to break into large blocks, irons and explosives.
2. Before pulling the bucket, the brake should be released away from the side of the motor, and the brake lever on the side close to the motor should be pressed. The operation of the bucket when the bucket is retracted is opposite to that of the front pull. Whether it is front pull or back, it is strictly forbidden to press the two brake levers at the same time, otherwise the pulley stays, pulleys and steel ropes will be damaged.
3. When the emule is running, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to enter the winch to work in the hoe. If the emergency brake signal is heard or seen during the operation of the winch, it should be immediately released.
4. The ore block size should not exceed 300 mm. If the block exceeds 300 mm, it should be treated and then transported. If the resistance is high, the bucket can be retracted 1-2 meters, then smashed, and must not be deadlifted. . If the rock is too large or the road is not flat, the block should be broken or trimmed. It is strictly forbidden to hit a large piece of meteorite with a bucket.
5. When operating, press the handbrake to tighten the rope. Do not tighten the two handbrakes at the same time to prevent accidents.
6. When placing the wire rope, the wire rope on the reel should be kept at least three times. It is strictly forbidden to finish all.
7. During operation, it should be noted that the winch sound is abnormal and overload operation is prohibited.
8. In the course of operation, if there is a phenomenon such as wire rope breakage, pulley crushing, etc., when replacing the wire rope or pulley, first cut off the power lock switch and hang the warning sign that "someone works. No power is allowed".
